I know January is the month that diets get started. Gyms across the country are lowing there memebership fees. Diet programs are waiving registration fees. So here I am, joining the pack and starting a diet again.
Weight watchers has worked for me in the the past and even to this day I can count points on things. However, for this go around, I am going to count carbs. I am also going to start an excercise plan. Starting with walking in place with Leslie Sanborne(sp). At this point, anything I do will be an improvement.
